マヨール広場の一部が工事中？だったのは少し残念でしたが、サービスや設備、ビューは最高でした！部屋が清潔なのはもちろん、バスとトイレが別だったのが嬉しかったです。ウェルカムドリンクやチョコ、またメッセージを頂けたのも嬉しかったです。また利用したいなと思えるホテルでした！

The location is unbeatable.
They gave us an upgrade thanks to our arrival.
The pool closes early, however, they don't mind staying a little longer.
The indoor Spa is included and is phenomenal.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available. We left all of our cash in the safe, and they tracked us down to send it to us. Alejandro and Ana are amazing, and I am so grateful to know that wonderful, honest people still exist in the world. This hotel is fabulous.

We had a marvelous experience at the Pestana Plaza Mayor, even though we were there during the notorious power blackout in April 2025 that literally shut down the entire city of Madrid, plus the rest of Spain, Portugal and part of France! The staff was amazing -- before, during and after the blackout. The hotel is right on the central square with tons of restaurants and shops, but it also faces the quieter side outside the square, so when we asked for a quiet room, we were able to get one away from the hustle and bustle. (If you like the excitement of the square, however, you can get a room towering above it.) The location is close to bakeries, cafes, markets and many historic sights. Their spa pool is included in the hotel price, which is not common, and it was warm and clean, although you have to be creative if you want to swim laps.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The desk staff, bellman, and concierges were "above and beyond" hospitable and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with beautiful quality linens on the bed. From our balcony we enjoyed the music and happy crowds on the plaza in the evenings. The location was also convenient to walking to the shopping areas, museums, and parks. We highly recommend this hotel.
