Arriving at the hotel is a bit strange because the reception is on the 3rd floor and therefore when you arrive there is no one to greet you. We arrived earlier and the room was already ready (which is always appreciated). Reception girls very friendly. The complete and varied breakfast buffet. The unbeatable location. The room is spacious and comfortable, although the curtains do not block the light and the windows do not completely block the noise. There was a fridge but nothing inside. I would have appreciated having some option to not have to leave the room. Fair amenities but a fantastic shower (temperature, power and closing of the screen). As a curiosity in the breakfast area there are two game machines that used to be in the recreation rooms. Among all the games there is Pacman!!

It's a good hotel. The location is right next to Gran Vía. It's very convenient to go everywhere. The subway station is close to Callao. There are all kinds of business districts and eating places nearby.
