Due to circumstances I had to cancel my booking two weeks in advance. Aravaca Village processed my cancellation but informed me that I will receive no refund. I paid for a room and breakfast for 5 days. An open booking to be filled in at a later time (with additional payment) is non negotialble. Please be very carefull if you want to book this hotel

Si tienes que alojarte por viaje de trabajo es un hotel que cumple con su función, buena calidad de sueño, habitación espaciosa y limpia. El bufet de desayuno ha bajado nota, un café pésimo, y con poca variedad a la hora de elegir platos. Además las colas para el café eran larguísimas debido a que solo hay dos máquinas de café con cápsulas (un error elegir este tipo de cafeteras). El servicio muy amable y con un trato cercano y simpático.

Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. It should be up to patrons whether or not air conditioning is used regardless of weather outside because everyone doesn’t have the same needs. Although we asked to have the option, we were told no because it was not individual. I would stay there again, but it wouldn’t be my 1st choice.

Habitación limpia y espaciosa y sin ruido del exterior. Atención correcta por parte del personal de recepción. Con respecto a la comida, desayuno completo tipo buffet. También hay varios restaurantes por la zona. Ubicación un tanto alejada y sin vistas muy buenas.
