The walls are thin. Conversations of next door could be heard. No kettle, no mineral water and no coffee and tea. The curtain is too thin, and can see through from opposite room.
Location is good, just a few minutes walk from Tribunal and Grann Via Stations. From airport, take the metro to Nuevos Ministerios station via line 8 and change to line 10 to get off at Tribunal station.
You need to ring the bell at the front gate for the staff to unlock the gate. Then take the lift to the second floor where the hotel reception is. Room Keys are hung at the board at the reception counter for self pick up whenever you return to the hotel. You need to put it back there when you go out.

The location is great. The room was spacious and the bathroom was easy to use, so I was satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

Hotel molto carino, un po’ datato per quanto riguarda le aree comuni ma molto moderno all’interno delle camere, unica pecca non c’è il phon e le pareti un po’ sottili. Per il resto tutto bene, l’hotel e in pratica sulla gran via (30 secondi dalla metto) noi ci siamo arrivati con uber dall’aeroporto (17€) in 20 min. Avere una reception 24h è molto comodo Consigliato anche per famiglie (noi eravamo in 4)

Excelente localização mas com problemas de barulho
Excelente localização no coração de Madrid, quartos novos, boas roupas de cama, atendimento cordial, mas há um problema sério com o isolamento acustico e os barulhos impedem que se possa ter uma boa noite de sono o que é piorado pela logistica de que os hospedes precisam deixar as chaves ao sair e quando chegam tem que tocar a campainha. Nao recomendo para quem tem sono leve ou se incomoda facilmente com barulhos.
