Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a simple kitchen and washing machine. The location is very good, right on Gran Vía. We extend one more night. They gave another welcome drinks. Very friendly staff. However in the evening the other staff were bit rude. When we ask for the water they said you can drink water directly from the tap in madrid and there was another staff at the counter which says " there is a store outside and you can buy". That didnt sounds like good attitude, after paying 300 euros plus per night and for a 4 star the services and attitude of the staff could be better.
