A hostel that doesnt feel like one. Rooms are spacious with free toiletries and water replaced when room is cleaned. They have a sign on door so you can decide when you want your room cleaned. Private bathroom ours had a shower tub. There is also a communal bathroom if needed which is spotless. Walls a bit thin for noise but with heat too tired to care. Has a lift for guests who cant use the stairs. Friendly staff clean rooms at a good price in a perfect location and favourite staff member cara made our week.

Lovely hostal spotless clean, very friendly staff and the beautiful Cara such a lovely place to visit. So central to everything less then 10 min walk to Gran Via and main shops. Only downfall was the noise the walls are very thin and can hear everything from the other rooms a few noisy guests but would stay here again very comfortable beds. Room was always cleaned when needed. Highly recommend

Auberge assez bien située (environ une dizaine de minutes de marche) près des grandes places. Propre, mais très vieillot et surtout extrêmement petit. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour trois personnes. Nous avons eu une minuscule pièce avec trois lits simples (environ 50 centimètres entre chaque lit) et une salle de bain très très à l’étroit (une fois assis les genoux touche au mur et il faut enjamber la toilette pour accéder à la douche). Aucune place pour les valises.

Great Location with Safety Concerns
The hotel is located near Gran Via and both metro & commuter train stations, so there were a lot of great dining and shopping options available. The private suite was small with a small refrigerator, but no microwave. Also, the bathroom sink was way too small and inconvenient to use. The owner and staff were very friendly.
There's one incident worth mentioning. At the check-in, the owner told us to just leave our keys on the reception window if we're checking out before 0900, which we did. However, when we went down stairs, the main door of building was locked from the inside and you needed the key to open that door to get out of the building. This could've been a dangerous situation if there was a fire in the building and people are trapped because they couldn't get out of the building.
