The guy at the front desk was very welcoming. It's near the museum area. The breakfast was very rich. Overall it was good.

This is a downtown motel with no view.

The parking lot and rooms were like an inn.

You can only recommend the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms (especially the beds are very comfortable) and the adjacent park invites you to linger. The great roof terrace with the excellent view over Madrid should not go unmentioned. We would like to come again.

La habitación es pequeña pero confortable y acogedora, y la televisión es una TV normal y no una smart TV. Ahí acaban las cosas negativas. La hospitalidad a la hora de hacer el check in ha sido genial, la chica que nos atendió fue cordial y educada y nos dio toda la información acerca de las instalaciones, bar, wifi y servicios del hotel mientras nos atendía. La habitación tiene un AC Funcional todo el rato lo cual para los meses de calor es un salvavidas. Productos de rituals en el baño, que locuron. Las vistas son al retiro y a la casa árabe, así que son inmejorables, especialmente desde la piscina de la azotea con zona de chill out con música y cócteles para disfrutar la noche. Todos los días nos han dado agua gratis y bombones de la casa, lo cual es un detalle bonito que agradecemos mucho. Aún no hemos probado a llamar a recepción o cualquier otra cosa porque literalmente no hemos tenido la necesidad ya que todo se explica muy bien en la recepción y en la habitación. El buffet está bastante bien. No he visto nada que lo separe de otros buffet de hoteles(salvo aceite de oliva aromatizado, que me voló la cabeza) pero todo lo que comimos estaba bien y tenía de todo para todos los gustos. A veces no es necesario hacer florituras especiales, sino hacer lo que haces de forma estable y correcta. La cama es muy cómoda, y te ponen todos los tipos de almohada el primer día para que veas cuál te puede gustar más. Sinceramente, repetiría sin pensármelo. Las vistas son espectaculares, es céntrico, y la atención está muy bien, y realmente no se puede pedir mucho más a un hotel.

The rooftop pool is small but the views are incredible. Hotel is conveniently located to the Parque Retiro and Metro stops. Breakfast isn’t impressive but the coffee is delicious. Lovely rooms and the neighborhood wasn’t loud or crowded which we appreciated.
