Clean and cozy hotel. Front desk staff are friendly and greet guest, but other staff like domestics don’t. They allowed us 1hour early check-in which is really appreciated coming from a stressful flight. Location is great as it is 2-3mins walk to Sol (city centre) lots of restaurants and shops around. Breakfast buffet selections are little bit lacklustre. We enjoyed the jamon (spanish ham) but apart from that wasn’t special. Could have put the juice/coffee machine out for buffet instead of ordering every-time from the staff. We asked the staff if it was possible to extend our stay and get a discount but unfortunately, the price went up than to go down. We would like to use this hotel again in the future if the price is not as expensive as they offered us for our extended stay.

Very nice staff, great location. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in the old city. The location is very convenient. You can basically walk to the scenic spots. It is convenient to eat and supermarket nearby. The room is relatively small, but very unique, with a very Spanish balcony. The front desk was very kind and welcoming.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, close to all the city has to offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and reasonably sized not cramped at all. Good selection at breakfast. All in all would stay here again a very enjoyable stay in a good hotel and city.

Place is a dump. Ripped off for $2K.. Stayed one night out of 5.. No water / No aircon /No TV reception A view of a full Skip bin out of window. Room only big enough for one person We chacked out after one night of a 5 night booking Even the Staff thought it was a rip off fo $400 AUD a night ********** to blame as well.. Soho Boutique and ********** blame each other for no refund. They would have rebooked and doubled their money. Thieves should be sued,,

Really great location. Lovely hotel. Our room was lovely, great aircon and an excellent shower room. Lovely lalique toiletries. Super breakfast. Best of all were the staff. Super helpful and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had never stayed at this hotel before. I arrived at the check in desk at 8:30 pm on June 29 2024. I was given my key at 9:20 pm. In all my 61 years traveling the world, I've never had to wait so long to be checked into a hotel. The receptionist was helping a family who apparently did not have a reservation, who behaved as if very entitled, and who had many particular room requirements. The single receptionist could have and should have paused 5 minutes to check me in. Thankfully, no others were waiting.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean and well appointed, good central location within easy walking distance of the major sites and plenty of taxis to take you to sites that were a little more distant. Good breakfast in the hotel, and excellent restaurants within 2 minutes' walk for a variety of types of meal later in the day.

Good hotel basic room no mini fridge. Great location to shopping & the plazas Quiet & comfortable bed with a tiny balcony. Coffee machine & big flat tv screen. Cafe Varela just around the corner & you are 5 minutes walk from Plaza Major & Plaza Sol.

Friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Comfortable, well appointed room with all the amenities you need. ( Including a coffee pod machine! Being British a kettle for making tea would be better) . Breakfast was good with a good selection of items including bacon and scrambled eggs. The hotel is ideal For a short break to visit the tourist sites of Madrid. Most can be walked to but Metro station is nearby for the further ones if required. Several cafes and restaurants for all tastes and budgets are within 100m but the hotel itself is tucked away from any noise and disturbance.

This was a beautiful, stylish hotel in a fantastic location right on Las Ramblas. we could walk or take public transportation, (which was a half a block away), to everything we wanted to do in Madrid, It had a balcony which I loved. it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The included breakfast was substantial and excellent . It was right next-door to a coffee shop, which we frequented for midday snacks or sandwiches.

The hotel was lovely and clean. I had a very nice room with a window A wonderful location in the center of Madrid close to the opera, museums and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, in fact I made an error miscalculating my dates and stayed an extra night by accident. When they realized that I should have checked out in the morning they were so kind and called my hotel in Sevilla to let them know I would be a day late. They went above and beyond and made me feel at ease after making a mistake with my travel itinerary Thank you for believing by so kind and understanding

We chose this hotel as it was very central to where we wanted to visit. It is very close to all the main sites in Madrid. Also it is very close to the nearest Metro station. We used Calleo but Opera and Grant Via were also close by. Our room was quite large to what we expected and bathroom was satisfactory. The bed was also large and comfortable. The only tiny criticism was that the TV not being a smart TV only allowed for Spanish tv and if we could have logged in to our Disney or Amazon accounts we could have kept up with our shows. Hot drinks were available but no ordinary tea for me and tiny cups.

Truely a great hidden gem!! Perfect location. On a few blocks from the HOP ON HOP of bus route. One block from a ton of restaurants.. . 10/10 Staff were the best, they go up and above! Great breakfast , great little bar next door for dinner and drinks.
