The location of the hotel is convenient, it is only five minutes away from the subway station (Seville), and the pedestrian street (Gran Via) is very close. Since the sightseeing spots in Madrid are relatively concentrated, you can basically walk to the attractions from the hotel, and it is only within ten minutes. There should be a government office building near the hotel, and there are many police stationed there, so the law and order is considered safe.

Un albergo da tenere in considerazione per la sua buona posizione, centrale ma non caotica, il discreto confort, l'ottima ristorazione foss'anche limitata alla sola colazione e tanta cortese disponibilità del personale, col quale però c'è qualche difficoltà per dialogare.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Madrid. Justo detrás de Congreso de los Diputados. Zona muy tranquila y poquísimo transito. El personal agradable y eficiente. Las habitaciones muy bien equipadas. Tanto colchón como almoadas muy cómodos. Bien decorado en general. El desayuno muy correcto con zumo de naranja natural ( un punto importante ).

El hotel es un poco antiguo pero está bien, el desayuno no está mal. Como única pega, indicar que debería tener un secador en el baño de la habitación pues tratándose de un hotel de 4 estrellas sería lo normal. Lo mejor, la ubicación y la atención del personal.
