The location of the hotel is convenient, it is only five minutes away from the subway station (Seville), and the pedestrian street (Gran Via) is very close. Since the sightseeing spots in Madrid are relatively concentrated, you can basically walk to the attractions from the hotel, and it is only within ten minutes. There should be a government office building near the hotel, and there are many police stationed there, so the law and order is considered safe.

Ottima location con due piccole ma non trascurabili pecche. Il riscaldamento centralizzato non poteva essere escluso per cui abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte. Molto approssimativa anche Lea colazione. La posizione “esterna” alla struttura sotto la pioggia incensante di una mattinata non è stato un bel biglietto da visita. Per il resto la colazione era sufficientemente varia ma le cose esaurite non sempre prontamente ripristinate. Per il resto la struttura è ottima molto centrale e perfettamente pulita tutti i giorni.

Heel fijn hotel. Goed ontbijt, soms wel wat druk. De kamers zien er authentiek uit. Goed uitgerust en prima wifi. Op loopafstand van alle grote attracties. De kamers waren heel schoon. De kluis was erg eenvoudig te bedienen. De ontvangst was erg prettig, we konden om 12 uur al inchecken.

The hotel is very well appointed, bang in the middle of madrid, close to most attractions. An old building beautifully and quirkily restored. Nicely decorated rooms, and huge and comfortable bed. The staff very helpful and curtious. Nice buffet breakfast. What was missing, was attention to maintenance. A bulb in the bathroom and one in the room were not wiring Working, the arm of the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was broken, the toilet cistern made such a noise when filling. To be fair, as we had little time there, we didn't complain, but it should be a procedure to check these things before a guest arrives. When returning late at night, there was no hot water. There was one silly design fault, the stylish toilet paper holder pointed out of the wall, consequently, when trying to pull the paper, it would fall on the floor.

La suite était particulièrement comfortable, pratique et bien aménagée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel de la réception était toujours disponible et très serviable. Les lits et oreillers étaient extrêmement confortables.
