The breakfast is good 😌 with rich varieties and you can order it a la carte. The room is not small in Madrid! Overall very satisfied ~ Convenient transportation, there are many museums and art galleries nearby.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient.
Room : spacious
Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties.
Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.
