發了郵件給酒店想詢問週年紀念日能否幫我們有特殊安排，完全得不到回應，就算沒辦法安排建議也能回覆一下。打電話給前台希望能有餐具送到房間，職員讓我們自己去8樓餐廳取？！整體職員都不好客，而且兩次清潔人員在我們休息的時候推門進來房間？！完全不推薦這家酒店，價格昂貴服務不周到，除了靠近gran via，想不到別的好處。

We came to Madrid as the first stop for our honeymoon, and it was the right choice to book this hotel. All the staff were very warm and friendly. We were lucky to meet a Chinese lady when we checked in. It was also very convenient to store our luggage. When we went to get the room card, they said we had the best room (it was really good for taking photos, haha). It was noisy at night, but our sleep quality was good and it wouldn't be affected. Checking out was also very simple. Just give it to them and they will ask if you want to call a taxi. If I come to Madrid again in the future, I will definitely stay here

The location is good and the night view from the balcony is pretty. The room is large and comfortable for a European hotel. The rooftop bar is famous, so it would be good for those staying there to stop by at least once. One downside is that they used a cup, so there was residue because they washed it roughly.

The hotel is in a good location, but taxis usually stop opposite the hotel. The uncle who helps with the luggage at the door is nice. When he is not there, you have to rely on yourself. The hotel room is clean. There is a heating rack in the toilet, which is good.
