The smell of cigarettes was very strong, the beds were very small, the initial stairs to carry suitcases, the bathrooms were very small and there was only one shower for several people.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The elevator was out of oder. They gave me a room on sixth floor. Terrible experience. Avoid this place!

Very bad condition, elevator does not work, you have to pay for a towel and to secure lockers, very bad breakfast, practically the menu is bread and butter, the customer service at the restaurant is very average, I expected something else, there are other nicer options nearby, a more complete menu and with secure and free lockers.
Much to improve.
I appreciate the kindness of the staff, very attentive throughout.
