但是攜程客服，服務非常非常好！
關於酒店：
1、酒店説有免費接送機，才定的這家。結果在機場等了1個小時，炎炎夏日，3個大箱子2個孩子（心情難以描述）
我在等待期間打電話給酒店，詳細且準確的描述我的位置，酒店人員很冰冷，衹説讓我等待，最後花了33歐元打車去的酒店。後來瞭解到他們的送機服務是和別的公司合作不是自己酒店的。這樣就能解釋為什麼等不到車。
到達酒店後對於我白等1小時有任何歉意！！
反倒是攜程客服了解情況之後給予我現金200人民幣的補償
2、我從南美過來，插頭不是歐標，讓女兒去和酒店借一下（就在前一天我們在另外一個酒店發生同樣的事情，人家非常熱情的借給我）結果這個酒店説衹賣不借，之後7歐買了一個插頭🔌
3、酒店清潔人員在收拾房間時把我放在房間桌子上的一袋東西（食物、水、新衣服、少量歐元現金等）當成垃圾丟了！！
我回來發現後下去問，他們也衹説會幫我找，我沒有感受到他們任何不好意思！
我後來跟攜程客服聯繫，他們反倒積極幫我去跟酒店協商。
最後酒店方給的處理辦法是：免除了早餐費用（共48歐元）
但是這個價格並不能Cover我的直接損失！
可能他們看我一個女人帶兩孩子且還是外國人，好欺負吧！
4、出門時交代服務員幫我更換毛巾，住了2晚，走的時候依然還在那裡沒有替我更換！
最後，我要特別感謝攜程客服這幾天對我的幫助，很細心很共情，事後知道我有損失酒店不願承擔的情況下給我申請了賠償！
總之，酒店強烈建議大家不要住，但是攜程的服務是真真得好！以後出行攜程肯定是首選！！

The airport shuttle was close to 30 mins late for pickup. Being an airport hotel, the entire journey from airport to hotel is longer than 30 mins.

I stayed here to catch an early flight. I didn't expect the airport shuttle to leave at 7 o'clock. I was also drunk. What's the point of an airport hotel. Have to take a taxi to the airport. Friends who catch an early flight must pay attention
