The receptionists were ok. The room is not very clean, especially the carpet and the toilet. Good location it is close to a metro station and 10 mins walk to the royal palace. Most importantly, the sound insolation was very poor, you could here anyone talking in their room or opening the door.

The hotel is very well located and has a perfect terrace. I stayed in the 20th century building and it is nothing like the 21st century building which is much better. The 20th century building needs a thorough renovation because my room was damaged.
