酒店在小巷子裏，門頭不是很打眼，進門後需要爬梯子才能到達前台，對拿着大行李箱的客人不太方便。攜程上展示酒店華人禮遇，實際上並沒有。入住體驗很一般，馬德里酒店很多，相對最便宜的房型兩晚三千多人民幣的價格可以住到更方便便捷服務更好的酒店。他們的枕頭可能有蟎蟲，側身睡的時候，臉貼在枕頭上兩邊臉都起紅印又癢。

不知道好評都是哪裡來的，西班牙唯一踩雷的酒店，服務員傲慢無禮，到的第一天旅途勞頓，帶着孩子去酒店餐廳就近解決午餐，一個黑人服務員説沒位置，當時空位子很多，他也不解釋是有預訂或是什麼，入住第二天服務員忘了給水（住兩個人每天給一瓶水，並且附近沒有便利店可以買到水）我們去前台説今天忘了給我們水，服務員一臉不開心地説不可能沒給，真是可笑又可氣，我們會為一瓶水撒謊嗎？然後她很不情願地拿出一小瓶水…五星是怎麼評定的？酒店沒有游泳池，我乾洗的衣服應該當天送回，第二天也沒送回，去服務枱催的，而且註明乾洗的衣服估計是水洗了，縮水了一大截，住了三天沒見到傳説中的中國服務員，晚上回來樓道里黑的可以演鬼片，小孩很害怕，房間裏遍佈灰塵，床是破的，被子枕頭都是非常廉價的晴綸棉，破舊不堪，最雷人的是吹風機，是我見過的最破的被狗啃過一樣，我作為攜程黑鑽會員住過全世界不少酒店了，極少給差評，大部分酒店總是有亮點在的，這個酒店的優點是零

The location of this hotel is very good. All facilities and services are in place. But there is one problem, which may be an individual problem, that is the noise problem.
