Tuve una estancia excelente en este pequeño hotel, que parece un hotel de barrio, situado en la zona de Alcalá San Blas, en Madrid. Es un hotel nuevo y está claramente bien planificado para su apertura. Es un nuevo modelo para Hilton y no el antiguo y grandioso «Hilton». El servicio de la directora, Celtia, y su personal de recepción y comedor fue excelente: Guillermo, Multia, Jorge y otros. Fue una estancia tranquila y su atención a nuestras peticiones fue muy apreciada. Estaba limpio, las habitaciones eran frescas y sencillas (sí, pequeñas para ser un Hilton) y contaban con las comodidades estándar de Hilton. Si necesitas una estancia de calidad, sencilla y cómoda, aquí no te decepcionará. Es muy bueno.

I had a lovely stay at this brand new hotel with my daughter, the staff were very attentive and we were able to get an early check in with the help of Andre after a very early start it was most welcome. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the metro and then around 20 mins into the centre of Madrid. Rooms have a large shower bathroom area and modern decor. Special thanks to Mulia, Andreea and Miguel. Breakfast was very well presented fresh and good choice, thank you Maria.

I stayed here from 15th - 19th July. It is new and very clean. The room I was staying in was small with a small wardrobe but okay if your only staying for a few nights. breakfast I didn't think was worth the price as not much to choose from really. If included in room price would have been okay. it's on the outskirts of the city but I liked that and easy to get into the city centre by bus or metro. All the staff were great and would stay here again.

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel, which had been open for two days. The beds are comfortable, the TV is large and has a great screen. I really liked the detail of the closet; it has a side door and a mirror on the front. The bathroom is very nice, but I missed a complimentary comb, as I forgot it; it's also true that I didn't ask for it. Breakfast, for me, is sparse; it has everything but lacks small touches such as fresh bread (they only offered white or whole-wheat toast), a wider variety of fruits and cold cuts, and tomato purée, which was also not available. Overall, the stay was good. The nearest metro station, García Noblejas, is about 500 meters away on metro line 7. Transfer from the city center takes about 30 minutes to get there (always depending on the train wait time). The area around the hotel is quiet.
