The parking lot is not properly signposted and lacks the arrows to drive up or down. The entrance is backwards. You have to get out of the car to press the button. The only bad thing is that the mattress protector was dirty and had hair on it. Otherwise, everything was fine. It's new and modern. The air conditioning works very well. The furniture is modern and new. Quiet. We slept very well.

Nice apartment near the metro. It is not the center, but the area is very good. It is easy to get to the main attractions by metro. There is a huge shopping center, cafes, shops nearby. The room is cozy, there is everything you need for living. There is a paid laundry in the building.
Of the minuses. There is no barrier or curtain in the shower. Therefore, after taking a shower, the whole bathroom is in water and splashes. I think we need to come up with and hang some kind of curtain.
But otherwise - no complaints. Would I stay again? Without a doubt!

Very good service, however the shower did not have a screen and when we showered the whole bathroom got wet and we had to put towels on the floor to dry it.

The Bext Vallecas exceeded expectations! Rooms were spotless and comfortable, staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!"

Everything about the hotel is very good, and free parking is available at the door. The only problem was when I checked in and took out the hotel reservation form, the hotel front desk said they had the reservation form but it did not have my name and ID information. This is a problem with the platform, not the hotel. I spent more than ten or twenty minutes at the front desk.
