We booked for two nights. Due to traffic problems on the first day, we arrived at 20:15 and the staff had already finished get off work. Then we ended up living on the streets. No matter how much we ask, it is of no use, and we cannot cancel without refund. We arrived at 6pm the next day and stood in the middle of the road waiting for the staff to tell us how to get there. We were on the third floor of a residential building. The hygiene was acceptable. The room only had one bed and nothing, not even a trash can. I wanted to communicate with her about the issues from the previous day, and she directly asked me to contact the booking platform. According to the hotel policy, check-in is from 14:00-20:00. For other times, please call the hotel 24 hours in advance. We all did it, and ended up living on the streets and losing money. 😡😡😡
