The hotel’s location is quite convenient, just 3 mins away from the metro station. Major attractions are also within walking distance. The hotel is entirely self-service, so remember to complete the online check-in before your arrival. You will then receive the password needed to access the hotel and your room. The hotel entrance looks very stylish. However, once I entered the room, I found the bed a bit small, and the facilities somewhat dated.

The room we paid for wasn't what we were given. The room was clean and functionable. The bed was hard, as if you're laying on the display in a store. The ac didn't work, being that all the rooms are under a building air is stagnant. Told the front desk and the reply was just turn off the thermostat (which it was) and to open a window because it was cool outside. being that our windows opened into an alley and it was raining that really wasn’t an option. We didn’t want to wake with someone or something in our room as well. As well as the handle on the window was broken. You sweated in the room just standing there. It just was a disappointment.? we left, told the front desk who then said oh I will go look, but we were frustrated beyond needed to be. It’s a great location, basic stay, but don’t hold expectations high.

Great room, great location but skip breakfast. The room and location were great, breakfast was OK, but the reception which was supposed to open at 8am never did and breakfast was supposed to be served from 8.30 but on 2 of the mornings it was late once by 20min and once by 30 mins, which was a problem as we had to catch a train, nor was there an apology.

Nice place to stay after day of sight seeing. Small room but totally fine as only used to sleep and shower. Renovated bath.

Check in was very easy! The hotel was amazing, wonderful room and attentive customer service. Would go back!
