La scelta di quest hotel è stata fatta innanzitutto perché a pochi passi dalla Gran Via nonché ben collegato con farmacia, supermarket e tabaccaio in primis. Le stanze all apparenza molto belle ma funzionalmente scomode. Adatte per un breve soggiorno a parer mio. Personale abbastanza cordiale, prima colazione 👎. Non ci ritornerei.

Disappointing
Clearly still having a lot of work done on improvements which was disappointing. The quality of the rooms, bathrooms was poor. Our toilet door consisted of an unpainted sheet of hardboard with a handle screwed onto it which you couldn't close anyway.

Great staff and location - room not so great
Super nice staff, very friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect.
But our room was smelly, and there was a machine next to it continuously making a lot of noise, so opening the windows to refresh the atmosphere was not an option.
Also, we had booked a room for three guests but were informed that a supplement was required in order to install a third bed. Not a big deal, but not nice.

Muy mala experiencia, hotel viejo con humedad, olor en los cuartos, no cambian las toallas por 4 dias mismo si estan mojadas, imposible moverse por la cantidad de decoracion, tapetes y alfombras sucias, no hay jabon, wifi malo, tv gratis sin canales y lo peor obras en los cuartos de noche y fin de semana (ilegales no se puede trabajar esos dias y en esos horarios)que mo puedes dormir y la recepcion lo niega y no toma medidas tienes que llamar a la policia para que paren.muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo para nada!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel dal 9 al 13 luglio, lo consiglio assolutamente! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione centralissima ad un passo dalla Gran Via e da Plaza de Espana e dunque vicinissima alle metro. Difatti abbiamo raggiunto molto facilmente l'Hotel dall' aeroporto con le metro in 40 Min. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era al primo piano, molto confortevole con un bel bagno con una grande doccia, entrambi bene puliti e sistemati. La camera dispone di ogni comfort ed é ben insonorizzata. In sintesi: Posizione 5/5 Camera 5/5 Bagno 5/5 Pulizia 5/5 Personale 5/5 Ci tornerei? Sicuramente! Gracias por Todo! gracias por todo. Nos lo pasamos muy bien aquí!!! Hasta luego!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The reception is friendly and polite. The room furnishings are rather unstylish and of poor quality. The shower and toilet are not functional. The breakfast is barely sufficient. The bed is very comfortable. The price is OK.
