This is the worst hotel have ever stayed... There was no bathing water nothing... Very unclean.. The picture do not tell the full story of the place... Granvia is a beautiful place but the hotel make my stay horrible. Not recommended..

Disappointed, I did not spend the night there, I had to leave as soon as I arrived, surprise we got with the bathroom, it had bedbugs, super dirty, bad smell, poorly maintained facilities. In the photos of the hotel it said it had air conditioning, and it turns out the air conditioning is just for decoration because it doesn't work, I would never go back!!!

Everything was fine. Except the rooms facing Gran Via are impossible to sleep in. The rooms don't have air conditioning, so it's impossible not to sleep with the windows open.

A great place. The room was simple but very nice, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Teresa was a sweetheart and helped me with everything! I would definitely come back!
