We visited Madrid for the first time and not knowing much about everything. You can’t check in before 3 pm and the property manager didn’t turn up until 3:15 pm. Also, we didn’t expect that we need to throw away the rubbish by ourselves. Before we arrived in Madrid, we expected we would be able to leave our luggages upon check out as our flight wasn’t until nighttime. It turned out we can’t do it anymore. When I commented it was disappointing, I got a message from this person with the arrogant attitude. There’re lots of places to stay in Madrid and we will not go back.

Personally, I feel that this apartment is affordable. The room facilities, hygiene, and environment are all within the acceptable range. The advantage is that it is relatively spacious and has two bathrooms. The location is good. You can take the subway or bus and walk for a few minutes to Puerta del Sol. It can also be reached within ten minutes. There is a small Carrefour supermarket nearby, and there are various Chinese restaurants, local restaurants, and bars to choose from. The most recommended breakfast restaurant nearby is a two-minute walk away. We didn't get tired of eating it for three days. The most recommended ones are French toast and salmon shells. Guo, it opens at 9 a.m. and is also open on Saturdays.

The air conditioning unit was not working even I asked to fix it they did not do anything. The elevator was working sporadically. And the room as small with very old furniture. It's not worth the money pay frankly.
Do not recommend this property . very disappointed.

The apartment was clean and beautiful! Had a great kitchenette and washing machine. Location was right downtown with lots to see and do. The host Deli was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. We were on our honeymoon and had a great stay here and would return time and time again and recommend to a friend! And the Vietnamese restaurant beside was delicious to boot!

Questo appartamento è situato nel bel Barrio de las Letras nel centro Madrid ed è dotato di tutti servizi, come piccola cucina, lavatrice, microonde, ecc Dotato di 2 bagni, entrambi con doccia, è inserito in un bel tipico palazzo storico con le scale in legno Molto gentile Delimer, che si occupa della gestione, che ci ha accolto anche in tarda sera (verso mezzanotte) Sicuramente consigliato per chi vuole avere vicino tutti i locali e i ristoranti del centro di Madrid (noi eravamo in 3)

Bel appartamento, molto comodo per una famiglia perché ha 2 camere con 2 bagni…una piccola cucina con tutto anche una lavatrice… Là proprietario fantastica, parla italiano ed è molto disponibile. Situato in una bellissima via…si gira tutto ma dico tt il centro a piedi… Consigliatissimo…e se dovessi ritirarnar le a Madrid sicuramente tornerei qui!
