優：
1.距離地鐵和主要交通很近，從馬德里機場可以坐地鐵在50分鐘內到達。
2.廚房配備齊全新穎而且好用，還附贈廚房萬用包，菜瓜布 洗碗精 抹布 垃圾袋一應俱全。
3.位置方便一出門就是鬧區，進門卻能安靜不受干擾。
4.屋主人很好，知道我們抵達的時間較早，正逢冬日陰雨濕冷，提早提供住宿密碼讓我們完成入住，旅程的開始即是溫暖。
5.附生活機能超好，採購血拼很方便。
缺：
電梯老舊狹小，但不影響我們的體驗和好心情。

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Está muy limpio y tiene lo suficiente para pasar unos días estupendos. Tanto Christian como Maria son encantadores y nos dieron todas las facilidades del mundo. Un 10 para ellos y para el apartamento!!!!
