Paseo Suites Hotel

It is a very high quality and well maintained hotel. Very comfortable to stay in for a trip to Madrid. They provided us with a smart TV and it was very clean. Very friendly receptionist staff. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to a metro station Villaverde Bajo-Cruce which you could easily take the line 3 to the centre of madrid. There was a supermarket close to the hotel as well mercadona which was also very useful during my stay. AC was good too. Overall, I really did enjoy this hotel and will book again.

We were scammed by the owner. The invoice clearly states that the amount includes EUR 150 deposit. The woman behind the reception said that it is indeed on the invoice, but the owner Maria indicates that this is an error on the invoice. While I am sure this amount includes a deposit. We had already paid so we could whistle for our money. That's easy money for the owner. They also tried to charge the amount including down payment. We also emailed the owner, but received a standard answer and at a certain point the owner no longer responded. Don't be seduced by the reviews. Those are fake. Metro station is a 10 minute walk away - which is not really close -. It takes an hour to get to the city. Which makes this location unsuitable for a city trip. There is nothing else to do in the area. It is one of the last metro stations on the line. The sofa in the room had stains on it and from the pictures it looks good. But in real life it is cheaply finished. The towel holder fell down. Cabinet is almost falling apart. Finally, the rooms are noisy. You can hear the neighbors talking. Avoid this place!
