The towels were dirty, the walls were stained (they need painting) and the worst thing was that we didn't sleep at all the whole night because the people in the next room were having a party with alcohol, ***** and a ********** included. My husband went to complain at 2 am to the reception, but nothing changed. We have two small children, so it was a nightmare night. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is acceptable, but I don't recommend it for families.

Our family is from Hong Kong, because we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony, we chose to book this hotel for 9 days. After we stayed in a standard room for one night, we found that the room was very small and there was no desk. We asked the front desk to change it. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and changed us to a studio room, which was much larger. Thank you very much! The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient. The breakfast is the same every day without any change. I hope the hotel can change this! You can get the cleaning products from the service desk, and the service at the service desk is also very good! !

Service was terrible, we stayed for 3 nights, price per night was $ 310 what normally $ 126 but because of world dairy expo what was expected, but they never cleaned our room! 1st day we arrived no shampoo, conditioner, soap ect ,all 3 days we stayed no bed was made or towels brought in had to go downstairs every day to get clean towels or toiletries!!! Even got a comment we are short on towels really!!!!! This was our worst hotel stay in a long time will not recommend this hotel!!! Bad bad bad!!!

This is the first time staying at Baymont. The rug in the lobby looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. Dust and dirt all along the baseboard in our room. The only USB plug doesn’t work, it’s a good thing I came prepared with my own. I thought the Wyndham name was a good one, it’s sad that I could see where the company was trying to save money.

Dirty sheets. Told the front desk. They gave me a new set of sheets (which were wet) to make the bed myself although I’m paying to be here. Whatever. Asked the next morning for new sheets and came back to a made bed, assuming they were new sheets. I woke up with the same stain i was avoiding the first night directly under my face. Dirt or mold, i don’t know. My throat hurts so probably mold. Disgusting. Everything was dirty. Bathroom so small it’s incredibly inconvenient to get ready in there and everything was wet. Smelled musty everywhere. I just felt yucky. Told the front desk how disappointed I was when checking out and they said the manager would call me. I’m hoping to leave a better review once this is resolved by the manager if they ever actually call me and make it right. Also no hand soap. The faucet barely makes it into the sink, making for water everywhere in the bathroom. Carpet definitely not cleaned or even vacuumed. The “complimentary” breakfast was nothing to be desired. I hate to say so many negative things but would like to see some effort from management to ensure the experience wasn’t so negative.

The fire alarm went off at 2:00 am and we were all standing in the hallway on the 3rd floor trying to figure out what was happening. No one ever came up to inform us and finally a few guests went down to check. I was horrified and scared to death at the alarm. The manager was out of town but I requested a full refund due to the unprofessional and unsafe way the alarm was handled.

Bed is comfortable, room small but adequate. All else was somewhere between disappointing & scary. Elevator needs maintenance. Milk at breakfast is kept at room temperature. Gnats at the juice machine. Housekeeping ignored the DND sign, woke me up. Small bathroom badly designed. Noise & light leaks around door. Deadbolt didn't work in the original room, so they moved me... and reassigned the room without fixing the safety issue. Pre-check-in didn't do anything, had to do it all again in person. Hopefully these problems are just this location! Definitely won't return.

As a high-level Wyndham Rewards member and a hotel general manager myself, I hold hospitality to a high standard—and this property fell shockingly short. We only stayed here cause we were in town for a concert and everywhere else was sold out. The room was in unacceptable condition: the floors were filthy, and both the sink and shower were clogged and didn’t drain properly. On top of that, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our stay. I received an official Wyndham message offering a $50 late checkout at 3 PM. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they initially claimed it wasn’t valid. Only after showing them the message did they reluctantly agree. Then the confusion began: • I was charged the $50, but shortly after, I was told I had to leave by 1 PM because “housekeeping said so.” • After objecting, I was told the $50 would be refunded—but I still had to leave at 1. • Then, another call: I would now be charged $25 for a 1 PM checkout. This back-and-forth was not only confusing, but completely unacceptable. It’s clear the staff is not trained to uphold Wyndham’s own policies, and customer service is not a priority here. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness alone should be a reason for serious concern. If my staff ever treated guests the way we were treated here, they would not remain employed. Wyndham should seriously reconsider its association with this property.
