I like location and staff it was quiet and the staff was friendly.

I had to report them to Wyndham because the room I got was suppose to be a queen bed but really was a double so I had to change rooms when I got off work.

Clean hotel with basic amenities and very reasonable price. Close to food options and shopping. My overnight stay was for business, so was basically a place to sleep and prepare for the next day.

Upon entering I noticed the unpleasant smell of them trying to cover up the smell of smoke with air fresheners even though they claim to be 100% smoke free. It was in the lobby, hallway and our room. When I got to the front desk, I had to call someone on the phone next to it to get there so I could check in. After a few minutes, someone came and handed me the key card. I got back in the car to drive around to unload my stuff but none of the doors opened. Turns out I was handed the wrong key card which was frustrating because we just had an 8 hour drive behind us and it was late. The guy came to the room stating he handed me the wrong one and gave me the right one. He then left and was laughing and talking to someone over the headphones, I was annoyed. The room was very small along with the bathroom and everything else really. The smell of the smoke mixed with air freshener really made it difficult to relax. Luckily it was only for one night and if it wasn’t that late, we would have looked for another place to stay. We refused to eat breakfast there due to the smell and the other guests who made me uncomfortable and decided to leave by 6 AM. The lobby was locked and had to call someone again to get to the front desk. It took them a bit so I went around and through the hallway. I saw her coming downstairs and met me there. I believe whoever works here actually lives here too which is not an issue unless we have to call them to come to the front desk which is just inconvenient.

Experience

Do not book here they took my money for tbe booking of the room & Refuse to give me a room After I paid and book the room online . I call the Police to handle the situation to either give me my money back Or get them to give me a room that I pay for The officer told me I had to Contact my card information / In this app Where I? Booked it on . Very upset Is very disappointed I would never book here again . But What? I can say is ... this app was a great help & helped me get my My refund back
