This hotel is the Dollar Tree of hotels, it can’t even be considered a Walmart. The hotel is rundown and that is putting it nicely. We stayed here with a group and none of the rooms could even be considered mediocre. The hotel room smelled like ammonia and the wall had visible mold on it. The beds were full of hair both human and pet, sheets had burn holes in them. The bathrooms were nasty, the tubs were full of nasty stains and the floors were filthy. The carpets had stains on them in the room and hallway. The pool and hot tub appeared to be maintained. However, part of the wall in the hot tub was crumbling. Some of the rooms had broken windows and no screens. The rear parking lot was full of junk, it looked like a dumping area. The housekeeping staff said the room was cleaned, but there was no mop or vacuum on the cart.

I wouldn’t stay here unless there are no other rooms available. We stayed for the Morgan Wallen concert. The hotel does not look like the photos online.i think they are in the process of being updated but not quality work. We asked about adding a room and a long room was the only option for $700 a night. Cons: Musty/damp room Behind hotel looks like a landfill Outlets in bathroom don’t work and are indented into the wall Outside door on the side that is only two levels could be entered by anyone without key card Blow dryer broken Couldn’t get new towels the laundry person hadn’t arrived on Saturday when we asked Smelly in hallways Our door wouldn’t shut had to be pulled hard each time

Avoid at all costs. This place is a dump. The staff don't answer the phone (calling from room or outside the property). The rooms are falling apart: stained sheets, cracked switch plates, toilet doesn’t flush completely, room numbers outside the room written on pieces of paper. I could go on, but I'd be wasting more time. Do not stay here!

The ********* Check-In was an EPIC FAIL because we we had saved up and purchased a ********* GIFT CARD to use for our room payment. Only to find out upon check-in that you can only use the ********* GIFT CARD when selecting a Room with the Prepayment Option. The Comfort Inn Staff was kind enough to us into the 2 rooms we had reserved and planned to pay for with a ********* GIFT CARD.
