Customer service can be convenient and over-the-top respectful. There are employees that are really rude and disrespectful. It’s very accommodating however, the cleanliness of the facilities are not to park. I’ve had people enter my room without request after three months of being there and put my dirty sheets back on my bed and the last day I was there, which was August 2. I woke up covered in ants in the Manager said nothing about me and my baby being covered in ants or accommodating or any of that instead he insisted that they never had problems with ants in that room before. Like I said, can be accommodating, but very inconsiderate does not care about how the employees carry or product themselves while at work and dealing with customers.

If it weren't for the low price and the location, we would not have stayed there. The room was okay, nothing to write home about. The main nice thing about it was the normal size refrigerator. When we checked in, apparently the front desk person didn't set our keys to 2 nights so when we tried getting into our room the next day, our keys didn't work (others on our floor had the same issue). Then on our last day, as we were packing up our stuff about 10:15am, the front desk guy came barging right into our room with housekeeping WITHOUT knocking first -stating the computer said the room was vacant when HE was the one that reset our keys the day prior... Thank goodness we were dressed! I don't recommend this place as they're completely disorganized and we didn't have a great experience overall.

This place is awful. Takes no frills to the next (low) level. Property and room was very seedy. Bad WiFi. Bad linens. Creepy guests. Room reeked of disinfectant. Dirt stains on fridge. Desk attendants not available for check out. 100% do not recommend.

I am currently staying here and will be here for a month more. I have to say that this has been a great experience from the front desk to the house keeping. Kevin is a great asset to this hotel. Andy the Gm has done a great job at keeping things running smoothly. The only complaint anyone can have here is the muffins taste horrible.. Staff always there to help when and where needed. Kevin is one of the friendliest professional staff willing to do everything in his power to make any wrongs, right and your stay pleasant. His customer service skills are outstanding. I have looked at other Extended stay Americas in other places and all full of roaches and creepers and staff is horrible.. BUT YOU WILL NEVER FIND THAT SORT OF THING IN THIS PARTICULAR EXTENDED STAY. HATS OFF TO KEVIN, ANDY AND ALL THE STAFF FOR PROVIDING A SAFE VERY CLEAN BUG FREE FRIENDLY HOTEL.

Nice facility but walking into the bathroom, the faucet handle was laying in the basin of the sink, front desk was notified and a new room was offered, I declined a new room, it still worked, was just just loose. Will stay here again
