Great location with decent access to the state capitol area. Neighborhood is pretty walkable and safe. The Palette Bar and Grill restaurant at the hotel has pretty good food, and excellent waitstaff. I used the shuttle service to get to a nearby training center. They were timely and accommodating. Hotel desk staff was very knowledgeable, and helpful when I arrived before my suitcase did. The room I stayed in on the fourth floor was quiet, comfortable. It had a larger fridge and updated bathroom. Clean and comfortable bed. They also were able to fulfill my request for foam pillows and feather free bedding. Highly recommend. I hope to return un the near future.

The hotel was comfortable and the guest services/front desk staff was super accommodating. Their shuttle services were available for the guests to pick/drop wherever we wanted to go. Special mention to Nathan who was my shuttle driver who picked me up and dropped me off to the airport. He suggested some nice restaurants and place to visit during my stay. Super friendly and welcoming.

Cool hotel in a great location. We could easily walk to the Capitol & lots of fun bars & restaurants. We were especially grateful for the free shuttle to & from the airport. Our shuttle driver Nathan was very helpful answering questions about the area and suggesting must see places & activities in the area.

Hotel Indigo in downtown Madison is a true gem. A perfect blend of rustic, modern, and industrial design, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with a vintage Daewoo fridge, microwave, and a sleek Nescafé coffee machine. The walk-in shower and upscale bath products elevate the experience. Their on-site restaurant serves up local favorites like cheese curds and strawberry lemonade made with sparkling water—absolutely delicious. Add a reliable airport shuttle and genuinely courteous staff, and you’ve got one of IHG’s best properties. A five-star stay all around.

Great hotel in a fun and lively area! The front desk staff were prompt, professional, and answered all of our questions while getting us checked in quickly. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient shuttle service to and from the concert we were attending. Jonathan, our driver, picked us up right on time and was extremely professional, polite, and courteous throughout. Thank you so much, Jonathan, for helping make our stay a wonderful one!

The driver was very friendly. He allowed us to play whatever music we wanted to. Asked if the bus smelled nice enough. Make sure he dropped us at the correct spot.

Great service and professional driver. He gave me his phone every time so I can play music that I wanted to play, which was super cool! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel especially with the shuttle service to take you around. Town is super helpful.
