Although I was there due to a family emergency, my stay at the Best Western was satisfactory. The staff was kind, attentive, and made a difficult time a bit easier — truly appreciated. Will stay brook again.

We've stayed at dozens of hotels in Madison over the years, but this was our first time at the Park Hotel. It won't be our last. The location directly on Capitol Square - and next door to our favorite cheese shop, Fromagination - is perfect, and the service was even better. We can't wait to go back!

This was our third Best Western on the trip and they started off awesome and finished incredible. The hotel is a great location with a walk across the street to the Capitol. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms and general building were immaculate. The pool area was pristine. The Post is the restaurant/lounge downstairs. It serves up great coffee and espresso at a very reasonable price, but more importantly is great! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Room price reflects the location. Parking was $25 til noon and only $4/hr if you wanted to leave it while you explored the area beyond your stay. Good stay. Would like to stay longer next time.

Okay, I was wrong. I generally think of Best Western as a sort of middling at best chain but they've done a fantastic job with this hotel, which is right across the street from the Wisconsin state capitol and surrounded by Madison culture. The room was delightful, the staff attentive, the view from our room was the Capitol dome and everything was top notch. Highly recommended~!

Fantastic!
Beautiful hotel with the option to have a room with a view of the capital square. Nice pool and sizable fitness center. Comfortable rooms and very nice bathrooms. The only tricky thing about staying here is the parking which is limited on the street, so paying to park in the lot is the best option. Would definitely stay again!
