Hilton Garden Inn Madison Huntsville Airport

No acknowledgement as Hilton Honors members, therefore, no water offered. Room had no coffee cups or cups in the bathroom. When my wife went down to the front desk and asked, they gave her water and two paper cups, saying they are running out of cups. (How does THAT happen?) They said they don’t put cups in the bathrooms anymore. There was no blackout drape or shade, just a faux drape for decoration attached to a valence and a translucent pull down shade that failed to block the morning light that filled the room at around 5:45 AM. The top pillow on my bed had a noticeable perfumy fragrance which made me wonder if it had been changed since the night before. When we checked out, there was NO ONE in the lobby for breakfast despite their claim that the place was completely sold out. After reading reviews of the breakfast set up and pricing, I’m not surprised. The whole place just fell way sort of any HGI where we have stayed before and being worth anywhere near what we paid. Next time, no thank you. We’ll find a Marriott.

Jonathan immediately made sure our maintenance issues in room were addressed and was able to move us to a new room promptly and Rebert even offered to share his wings with us late in the evening. I was asked to obtain rooms for approximately 15 people to attend a training session for our company. What seemed to be a daunting task turned into a most pleasant experience with Deanna Jones. She was most helpful with everything and everyone

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff and leadership were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was spotless and the food was amazing. The location of the hotel was ideal with close proximity to the interstate. It was close to the airport, but there was no issue with noise. I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Solo vacay Staff were friendly. Clean room, quiet. They were accommodating to my time frame which was thoughtful. I would definitely go back again.

My only problem with this stay was that I was charged by ******* and the hotel for my stay. Spent a lot of time trying to get refunded by one of them.
