Aarya to start with made sure that everything goes at the reception right from room selection to booking the unforgettable dinner experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and the Team Taj made sure as always to provide the most memorable experience ever. I am very happy that I select Taj properties all the time I travel to any destination where Taj has aproperty. Truly INCREDIBLE. Not to forget Apoora from the front desk for such a warm gesture all the time. Thank you Vikasji and team to make our stay experience the best we always have.

Even though we stayed just one night, it felt like days. Such a serene experience at the property. It’s a lush green property hidden amongst the dense hills. From the moment you enter the lobby up until you exit, you are welcomed like a family with such courteous hospitality. We were fortunate to have been welcomed by Radhika and Deeksha who coordinated our stay from the time we booked till after we left and everything in between, catering to our specific needs as well. It wouldn’t have been the same without them! The housekeeping staff (Sonu and Joel) decorated the room for the birthday and made sure the room is equipped with all essentials and beyond. All other staff and buggy partners were so polite and knew about all hotel premises and services. The food, location, view, service, activities, events are all immersive! It is definitely a worthy retreat!

A very comfortable and delightful stay thanks to Mr. Mostaque. Highly recommended. Go for atleast 2-3 nights. Do try the spa and the jacuzzi pool. Also the coorg cuisine is recommended for a meal. The best season to go is December and January.

An unforgettable place to stay. Stunning views; very good service - thank you especially to Rebita for her personal attention to ensuring we arrived feeling looked after and like very special guests, even before we stepped into the extraordinary beauty and 'wow factor' of the lobby. Lovely food - and well priced for such a smart and luxurious hotel. The rooms are beautiful, with views, like the lobby, that create holiday memories to treasure. Both the pools are lovely; the afternoon walk with Nitin was a highlight, as was the zip wire! We had a truly terrific time here. Just go!

Great resort with great staff, facilities and food. We enjoyed every minute of our stay surrounded by nature. The care taken by the staff pampered us to a point that we did not want to leave the resort!! Kudos to the well trained staff and the managers and supervisors who trained them

Absolutely stunning property! Where does one even begin? You enter the premises and are gob smacked by the beauty that awaits you at the lobby! One is so mesmerized by the beautiful scenery and landscape that it is difficult to pay attention to the check-in formalities. On check-in, you are greeted with a lovely cup of traditional coffee. The villas are wonderful, so spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4. The resort offers so many activities which we tried - like the paint ball shooting, archery etc. We also saw a local dance performance held at the amphitheater. Sitting out in the open under the star light sky was a magical experience. The food was amazing - personally we liked the breakfast dishes better than what we tried at lunch or over dinner. Huge and special thanks to Arya who greeted us at check-in and was so very prompt and responsive to all our needs. What a gentle, kind and service oriented soul he is! Also tremendous appreciation and thanks to Ricky at the Ferntree and Chef Raja who went out of their way to accommodate my daughter's vegan dietary requirements.

Had one of my best vacations.Made fond memories.Great property well kept with very hospitable staff.Rebita was too good as looked after us well.Made special effort to atrrange medicines.Food at Grill was too good.Would say a must go to at Taj Coorg.

We reached the resort after more than two hours of bumpy ride from Mysore. But once we entered the open lobby area of the resort all our tiredness disappeared - it is the most beautiful nature view with cool breeze that I have seen in any resort or hotel! Aroopa was a wonderful host - she helped us on each and every occasion we approached her with some question. During our three days stay we spent several hours in this awesome main building which also has a beautiful infinity pool. Gazing at the stars during the night was an awesome feel. The cottage had a similar infinity feel - the full glass windows facing the bed gave an immense view of the valley and nature! One can sit in the bed or the seats closer to the glass windows and be immersed for hours in the perception of nature while forgetting the worldly problems. The resort is full of slopes and we liked it because moving around between points gave us well needed daily exercise. Dining was fantastic. Great spread of delicious items in the breakfast buffet! The waiting staff were wonderful - Prem and (the ever smiling) Apurba were two wonderful people. For dinner, Chef Raja and his assistant Girish made sure that we got dishes specially made for our taste. We would certainly revisit Taj Madikeri resort if we return to Coorg again.
