Absolute pleasure staying here. All boxes ticked. Showers were on point, the restaurant down stairs was absolutely Devine. Definitely worth eating at.

Booked a king bed for 1 night and requested an extra pillow as the king bed had only come with 2pillows and our previous stay fortnight before the room had 4 pillows for a king bed with spares in the cupboard. We asked reception about getting another pillow and his response was they had none. For an entire hotel not to be able to offer 1 spare pillow from an empty room is just pathetic. Was willing to overlook the quality of the place as it is in dire need of repairs with visible holes in the roof walking down the corridors. Noticeable mold in the room and hallways on windows and aircon vents. But yeh the lack of enthusiasm for a receptionist to help a guest was a big let down.

This property needs some refreshing. There was nothing particularly wrong with it but it was tired and dated. Not up to Rydges standard.

The staff are lovely and amazing, the building is older and with that comes it’s problems. The room is dark with a few updates and a bit on the warmer side. The sheets were nice and clean and no buggs so that is a plus! If you need a central stop over or a large place or room this will do the trick. No great views, but if you need a bed it is comfortable.

Fabulous place to stay with friendly helpful staff and a comfy bed. We met the lovely Olga at reaction who kindly upgraded us to a 1. Bedroom suite. It was wonderfully spacious and clean. Close to plenty of food places and a small night owl supermarket on the corner. We swam in the pool which was refreshing after a long day driving. Thanks for a great stay!!

Ok but a few issues
The room, bed, bathroom, parking were all ok however the aircon vent was filthy and looked like covered in mould.
The old $100 deposit to be repaid in 5+ days is rediculous - should be refunded much more quickly.

The property was in an ok area. From our balcony, we could see graffiti on the building next to us. The room was nice & we really enjoyed our stay here, but the last 24 hours - they had a leak or something in the hallway & the area right outside our room smelled horrible like dead fish or something. Not sure what happened. All in all, we stayed 4 nights & we had a good time. The room was comfortable & was what we expected. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area, just note it’s not perfect.

The hotel is in reasonable condition and is close to all amenities and restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy and offer good space. Not really the best area for quietness as it's in the city areas and you can hear some noises at night. Overall a good stay.
