The house room has weird smell. For the price, totally over charged. Bad experience. Will not stay in any Livemax hotels. Left after 2nd night although paid for 5 nights. Unbearable.

A bit far from Machida Station, a bit remote, the room is small enough, a bit hard to turn around🤦♀️No service, returned to the hotel too late, left too early, no one was seen😁

The room was clean and the amenities were good. Check-in was done by panel, but the screen was large and easy to use.

It was a non-smoking room but it smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Personally, I don't think I have too many expectations for this price, because its relatively cheap price has already determined the quality of its rooms.

This is a chain store, close to Machida Station. The price is relatively low compared to surrounding hotels, so don't complain about the low price.

I booked a non-smoking room, but for some reason the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. The air conditioner was so dusty I couldn't turn it on.

It was not clean. When the bed was opened, there were blue contact lenses and other remnants, which means that at least the sheets were not changed after the last guest stayed, and the quilt was probably also possible. The same goes for the bathtub. The black dirt was disgusting. I wanted to take a bath, but I lost interest in it.
