Maceio Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel has been very well-ready to our expectations. wide and comfortable rooms. All clean corridors. Staff are exceptional! You need to improve the process and check-in space, as well as the breakfast area seemed small for the hotel size, but I would certainly host again.

The hotel is fantastic!! Great service, the rooms are cleaned very quickly and the food is phenomenal. I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit.

This hotel is new and beautiful, breakfast is great, and location is great. However, they did not measure the temperature of the guests (a lot of guests coughed and sneezed during the pandemic) and it was difficult to book the jacuzzi time (they should recommend booking from 6 am). We also left a sign to clean the room, We arrived at night and did not clean.

The trip website uses photos of another hotel and mixes the wave hotel photos with the water hotel (in front), revealing total disrespect for the client, because they are totally different locations and services.

Location very good. A pleasant environment. Even not at the beach Avenue I had seen the sea. I just didn't like the shower very much. But I would certainly come back.

Hotel location is very good, breakfast is also rich, although the scale is relatively small, but this price is still possible in the Brazilian tourist area, set the room facing the sea, listening to the sound of the waves at night to fall asleep

The hotel is very well located, the room is very clean and breakfast is satisfactory. I would have been a perfect stay, but I had an unexpected transport to return and I had to anticipate my checkout for one day. The hotel was not asked to address my problem, because they were blaming for not being able to change the checkout date to the booking application, which was very efficient and indicated that this change was the responsibility of the hotel. In general, I would indicate that hotel to others, but I would warn that if unforeseen occurs, they may not be resolved.
