I stayed for 6 consecutive days. The breakfast was excellent, offering 3 types of eggs and 5 kinds of noodles, with orders placed conveniently by scanning a QR code. Downstairs, I enjoyed the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai style crab porridge and some lively street food BBQ, both really tasty. San Miu Supermarket offered great value for money. There's also a Feng Supermarket downstairs where their Oden included freshly cooked boiled cabbage for 5 AUD – absolutely delicious! At the nearest fruit and vegetable store downstairs, durian was 19.9 MOP per jin; I bought a delicious one for 98 MOP. You really should trust the staff there; he's excellent at picking them. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Grand Lisboa, Wynn Macau, and MGM Macau.
We stayed here with my child for an exam. The location is excellent, very close to Macao Polytechnic University with convenient transport links. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was a definite plus. The room, though not large, was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable.
The room looked exactly like the pictures. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and all the service staff were attentive, especially Joanna, who was incredibly dedicated. The room was spotlessly clean. The surrounding area is well-equipped with shops and supermarkets, all within walking distance, and dining options are also convenient. There's also a market on the street right next to the hotel, which is definitely worth a visit!

It's quite thoughtful that the hotel provides separate non-smoking and smoking floors. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and even had convenient USB charging ports by the bed. Its location is excellent, right next to the Grand Lisboa. If you're arriving from Hong Kong, you can take the Grand Lisboa's shuttle bus from the ferry terminal, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from there – super convenient! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they guided us to the Ruins of St. Paul's, which is easily reachable on foot. Even the housekeeping staff on our floor were great – always greeting us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome. We were traveling with our child and when we asked for an extra toothbrush, she promptly provided it without any hesitation.
Recommended by a friend, I booked one Chinese-style room and one European-style room. Each had its own unique character, and I highly recommend them! The Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, and New Yaohan are all conveniently located near the hotel, making it perfect for shopping and sightseeing.
We stayed 4 nights and were upgraded from a deluxe twin to a mini suite which was a very nice treat!. The room was quiet with super comfortable beds and we slept really well. Buses were available right in front of the hotel making it easy to commute everywhere. Jacky, at the front desk was very helpful providing us with all kinds of tourist information and local eateries. He also helped us get a taxi early in the morning to the airport. We certainly look forward to future stays here again when we visit Macau.
Overall the location, room, and amenities are excellent where nearby to attractions. We love the room's cleanliness. Regarding the hotel’s employee services (FO staffs), I feel like they are not friendly except for the housekeeper and restaurant staff. They do not using a friendly tone to speaking with guests where this is a huge improvement for FO staffs.
The hotel is conveniently located on Macau Peninsula, not too far from the Ruins of St. Paul's. The room was on the smaller side, and the facilities felt a bit dated. My window overlooked an external air conditioning unit, so there wasn't much of a view to speak of. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The exhaust fan was incredibly loud when running, and even after switching it off, there was a persistent hum from an unknown device. Closing the bathroom door helped to dampen the sound slightly. As it was just a one-night stay, I didn't expect too much. However, it offered pretty good value for money. Plus, the electrical sockets were the same as in mainland China, which saved me from needing a travel adapter. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits.
Nice and cosy room. Very clean and reasonable price. Staffs are friendly. Easily accessible. 5min to grand lisboa, 15min to areas of Ruins of São Paulo. Its a bit near to another residents building and is ok got curtains. Will book here again!

TTeacherbizThe bathroom needs an upgrade, the bath tub is a bit shallow, the shower only in one place, no hose, no bidet. They got a TV, fridge, built in hair dryer but no iron for clothes The view is great from our window only if the windows were clean. Communication and service needs to be improved. We earlier communicated an early check in as we were traveling from Tokyo to Hongkong then to Macau, so we were so tired and wanted to freshen up and rest before exploring. However, they were strict with the 2pm check in but they stored our luggage while we dragged our sleepy and tired bodies in the hot and humid tourist spots. The security guards on both shifts were friendly and accommodating. The receptionists need to improve their tone when speaking and should be familiar with all the services offered by the hotel(dining options for example). Pillows were not great and gave me back and neck aches. The cleaners were great, housekeeping done daily and fresh towels and toiletries were supplied throughout the 3 night stay. It is still a bit of a walk from all the bus stops servicing major tourist spots. There is a free shuttle service to the outer harbor, not sure if they also take you to the airport.

GGuest UserA reasonably priced hotel in this location. Close to the bustling commercial center. Excellent. The health, environment and services are all good. I am very satisfied. 👍Will order again in the future.
