This hotel offers a great value but some of the staff are a little bit cold, however some of them were very sweet and helped me find a taxi so I had to give the service 5 stars. Wifi was terribly frustrating, definitely don’t book this place if you need reliable wifi. Location is good except for the fact that taxis can't reach it and you have to go so far to call a taxi or catch a bus. As a pedestrian for just exploring nearby it's a great location but for arriving and departing it was very inconvenient. All in all, a good choice. It is very clean and comfortable.
It just around 300m by walk from the Sofitel Macao at Ponte 16. From this hotel, we also can explore Senado Square by walk around 500m & 500m from Senado Square to Ruins of Saint Paul's. From the hotel also can walk around 2 KM to A-Ma Temple & from A-Ma Temple an walk around 500m to the Mandarin's House.
It’s good for its price, the room space is good but the thing that i just didn’t like was the smell in the lobby, it smelled cigarettes. U can go for this if you want to save for the accomodation.
The location was great. Easy to go and near the bus stop. Staff can speak English and the room was clean. Receptionist was friendly. I really love it and recommend to my friends.
Much better than expected, the cheapest in Macau, near the bus stop, near the church gate, near the dining area, good service, clean the room every day, the cheapest deposit for the room is 100$. If I have a chance to go again, I will stay here.
The location is great! Just 200-300 meters away from San Malo. Fast check in, the service was quite fine, the receptionists were trying to be helpful. The room was pretty spacious and rather clean, big and wide bed. Clean sheets, and all the amenities included. I only have one slight suggestion please, the hotel could add up and provide some coffee in rooms, all the rest was awesome!
Next time I’m gonna stay here again☺️
Located just off the main drag, with with evening foodstalls at the hotel's doorstep. Rather basic, old school furniture & decoration, but clean. Kettle, bottle of water, hairdryer, TV and great in-room WiFi connection is okay theres no fridge. Bed was a bit hard.Well located, within easy walking distance of the Fort & other historic buildings. Windowless room had quite a ‘run down’ feel. Noise from outside common lift corridor carried into the room.i caught a guest smokes in the corridor and i can smell it inside the room i called the front desk and theres no action on it.hallway is creepy too but the price is budget friendly and no deposit required.
My luck was truly in this time! I encountered a handsome guy and a beautiful lady at the front desk who provided incredibly thoughtful service. My personal charger wasn't working in the room, so the handsome front desk staff member (I believe he was on the 13th shift) generously lent me his own power bank. The room itself was very clean. It was a corner room, and honestly, everything was perfect except for a bit of street noise in the mornings.
**Facilities:** A little dated, perhaps, but very clean. The lobby also has a water dispenser with both hot and cold water.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless.
**Location:** Very convenient for dining out. It's only a twenty-minute walk to Grand Lisboa, and not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's either.
**Service:** Truly exceptional! ❤️
The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's. It was very clean, and we really appreciated the disposable bedding, which offered peace of mind regarding hygiene. A particular highlight was the traditional teahouse directly opposite, which is frequented by local Macanese for their morning dim sum—it provided a truly authentic and wonderful experience.
Why this hotel did not receive 5 rating
I stayed at the IFU hotel without much expectation, as I saw that the hotel's rating was not very high. However, I found that this hotel was really great, whether it's the location, the room, the staff, or the service. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was small but looked nice. The only downside of the bathroom was that the curtain separating the wet zone and the dry zone was too short, so it couldn’t prevent the water from splashing, making the whole bathroom wet. What impressed me the most was the staff, who were very friendly and gave great recommendations. My mother forgot her ring in the room, and the staff notified us right away. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Macau next time.
P.s. In this picture are the staff, me, and my mother.

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the hotel is very accessible. Secondly, the receptionist can speak and respond to clients in English. He was very polite, courteous, accommodating, and approachable. Lastly, the room was very neat and clean. Superb!

GGuest UserGood location. Walking distance to the attraction place of Macau peninsular eg. Ruin's of St Paul. Near the bus stop.. Nearby shops. Eat too get move around and buy foods. Clean room. Clean inside toilet. Not too spacious but consider good for family. Helpful staff.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, rooms very nice and clean, portuguese style. The service is very nice, they even left me a little present in the room. However, I recommend you to take ear plugs since you can hear other rooms, especially if you have disrespectful neighbors being loud until 3am like I did. Maybe I suggest the hotel to leave some ear plugs in the rooms for guests. I must say the service is very nice, I called reception and they came immediately to help me and ask the other room to be quiet.. twice. Thank you! So bad the disrespectful guests didn't listen! But the rest is great, very well located too. I would repeat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in China, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
**Location:**
The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant area, just a short walk from major attractions. The surrounding area is bustling with shops, restaurants, and cultural sites, making it an ideal spot for tourists.
**Rooms:**
The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless.
**Service:**
The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, and the concierge provided valuable recommendations for exploring the area.
**Dining:**
The hotel’s restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious Chinese and international dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring everything from traditional dim sum to Western favorites. The quality of the food and the service in the restaurant were top-notch.
**Facilities:**
The hotel boasts a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a beautiful indoor pool. The conference rooms and business center were also very well-maintained and convenient for business travelers.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of luxurious accommodations, superb service, and an unbeatable location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
