Mabini Hotels with Airport pickup service

There are not many people living there, the scenery is good, the swimming pool is a bit dirty, there is no beach, it is full of rocks, it is suitable for quiet couples, there is nothing to play, you can only stay in the room, it is not very convenient to do other things.

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). It's too deep to go in, the environment is really good, the hot water inside is not hot enough, and the bathroom drainage system is not good. When taking a bath, the water overflows to the side of the toilet. However, the staff's service was very warm. We wanted to go out after check-out. She helped us contact the tricycle, and also gave us a detailed description of the next destination. The specific ride process, thank you very much!

To go to this kind of island, you must be mentally prepared for inconvenient transportation and inconvenience for shopping and eating, so I stayed there for three nights and ate in the hotel. The hotel’s things are acceptable. The next morning I went to the vegetable market with the hotel's purchases, and wanted to buy some lobsters. I didn't know that the seafood over there was expensive and there was nothing to choose from. I didn't have to worry about it for the next two days. I just wanted to eat whatever the hotel had. The hotel staff are very nice, nice and enthusiastic. They will try their best to satisfy you if you have any requirements. Although they are a hotel, they feel like a homestay and are responsive.
