She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. The resort is near a piggery farm but the overall experience is excellence. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived at the resort we are greeted by their front desk with a huge smile and someone assists us to our room. There is also instance that when we order food on grab and the rice is missing the staff let us buy the rice they supposed to eat on their lunch.

Very affordable accommodation for 3BR unit and the location is close to restaurants and ******. We will surely go back to this place.

The room is really nice I loved the neutral colors and it was very spacious. The room service was great as well as the hotel cleaning service. Angelica cleaned my room two days in a row & was kind & polite. One time she cleaned my room while I was in there and we had good conversation as well as she taught me Tagalog. She was awesome.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out.
