We reserved a 4 bedroom villa and paid for.it 7 days prior to our stay. Trip.com co firmed thw reservation. When got to the place the staff told us all 4 BR villas were fully booked already. So we argued how come we got a confirmation letter. Luckily a 7 BR villa was available so they gave that to us w/o additional charges. Imagine if there were no vacant unit? So we will travel back manila and wasted the trip. The 7 BR villa was ok however the AC in the bedrooms are not adequate to cool the rooms. It was hot during the night and we could not sleep.

Check-in is very inconvenient. If it is your first time, you have to go to the office during the day and talk to the staff about check-in. If you arrive at dawn, you cannot check-in.

First of all, the room smelled bad. The fridge smelled like kimchi.
When we checked in, we were told that we didn't have a reservation, so we just stayed in the room and relaxed, but the next day we were suddenly told to change rooms! We had to pack our bags and move again, which was a pain.
When we checked out, we were charged for two bottles of alcohol, even though none of us in the family drink alcohol.
There was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry our suitcases up to the second floor.
The water pressure suddenly dropped on the third day, and water only trickled out in every room.
We didn't use the maid's room, but it was full of rat droppings.
It was appreciated that they provided free laundry cleaning every day.

This is our second time in this place and we got a bigger villa. My family loves the spacious rooms they only complain about the toilet smell with no exhaust.
