Chinese people must first stand up straight before they can gain respect from others.

I was quite disappointed. In terms of service, the front desk was cold and indifferent. We were two people and wanted to ask them to give us an extra card, but they refused to give it to us. The elevator was very slow and there was always a body odor. There was no air conditioning in the corridors and lobby of the hotel, and it was extremely hot and stuffy. In terms of facilities, the room was similar to that of domestic chain hotels. The toilet was very smelly on the first day, and there was urine back at night, which was super exaggerated. I told the front desk the next day and they helped to solve it, and the smell was almost gone. The towels were very old and wrinkled, and they were all black... There was no conditioner in the room... I couldn't stand it. The room was completely soundproof, and their balcony on the 7th floor seemed to have an iron floor? ! Every morning, I was woken up by the super loud running footsteps. It was really super loud, like someone hitting a hammer on an iron plate. The breakfast was very average, nothing delicious, and the coffee was so light... From the pier to the hotel, guests were asked to walk by themselves, and the environment was very poor along the way. The hotel only had one Indian restaurant. There was also a small shop like in a third-tier city. There were no decent restaurants around. When I asked them to give me an umbrella on the beach, they told me that the hotel beach does not provide umbrellas. I had to buy extra drinks. I ended up buying a terrible banana milkshake, which was super disgusting. It was not cheap for one night. I booked about $225 per night. I can't believe this is a 4-star hotel. The only good thing is the sea view. The view from the room is good. But overall it was too disappointing and I don't recommend it.

Facing the sea, the environment is pleasant. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially Kani. There is a beach downstairs in the hotel. You can sign up for sea projects in the hotel. We signed up for two and the experience was good.
