The toilet is very small and dirty. There are drain flies and sewage smell and it is very disgusting to bath in it. We did ask if the housekeeping can help clean more thoroughly and help remove the drain flies but it is still the same. Location of hotel is ok, it about 5mins walk from jetty. Service is so so- i booked for 5days 4nights but on 3rd day when i return to my room, my room card expired and I have to go down to reception to reactivate again, which i dont understand why did this even happened. And one if the day a room service staff came n say we requested for toothbrushes which we didn’t i told him we did not request but he insist we called to request and stood there not moving. I had to take the toothbrushe from him before he leave. I would think he might have given to the wrong room.

設施：雖然説是酒店但不要太高期待值，畢竟是居民島，大概麗楓水平，可能麗楓還高一點。出門就是比肩尼沙灘，這一點還是蠻方便的。不過馬富士的海確實沒有很好，沙灘的沙也不細，如果想度假享受的，可以直接沖酒店島。馬富士出海還是有優勢，選擇很多。看自己需求。預算充足的可以居民島+酒店島。不過如果不會英文的慎選，可能相對溝通會比較困難。如果英文溝通無障礙的，完全沒問題。服務員英文都很好。
衞生：乾淨，衞生。在門上掛上請清潔的牌子，每天都會打掃並且補充水，茶包，毛巾更換，鋪床，沒有提供牙刷。
環境：自助早餐品種不算多，但能管飽。酒店餐廳好像衹提供自助餐，沒有單點。所以除了房費包含的早餐就沒試過其他。樓頂無邊泳池需要刷房卡進入，沒有救生員。如果天氣好，應該還是挺出片的。
服務：前台服務員其實都挺熱情友好的，除了一個特別胖的叫Kani 的，據説是經理，每天都是一副皮笑肉不笑，一臉陰險的樣子。聽同住的中國友人説基本都安排低樓層，我們被安排4樓，其他有被安排2樓，3樓的。陽台景色完全被椰樹擋住。要換樓層就説都滿房，明天下來查一下，去前台查就讓等，等了也沒回復。另外出海項目也在他們家報，小黑哥都很認真負責，把我們照顧得很好。我們17日到了立刻報了兩個項目，鯊魚和上帝魚缸，由於打風，18.19日兩天都停了所有出海。19日晚上，我們去前台確認20日早上是不是幫我們安排了鯊魚的行程，Kani經理竟然告訴我們已經報滿了，我們説17日已經報好了，為什麼現在告訴我們報滿了。然後他就讓我們等，説讓同事接待我們，等了好久也沒人來接待我們，於是我們想退錢重新在別家訂，他竟然又説可以了。但真的衹有他是這樣，其他前台服務員，餐廳服務員，出海的小黑哥都很好。
另外酒店快艇在機場接和送都是25美金一個人。40分鐘左右到達馬富士。其實可以自己去找icom 的櫃枱，15美金一個人。
總體來説就是看自己預算，像我們預算不充足，覺得就是一分錢一分貨。沒有特別不滿意，除了對那個經理。

早飯意外的還行，房卡太爛了來回八樓找前台三次才刷開，基本每天都重刷，出海很好玩很方便，但是會等一段時間，貓多好評，喜歡p3咪

房間大小尚可，酒店服務也算中規中矩，酒店的泳池太迷你了，酒店門口沙灘浪還是比較大，晚上酒店還有酒會，比較吵。酒店價格比較高總體性價比一般，早餐一般，沒什麼可吃的，酒店無中文，要是中文不好的慎選。

飯店位置好，櫃檯人員服務較為冷淡，房間有不明小蟲，晚餐在飯店內用餐，感覺價格和餐點品質不符合，早餐就簡易的料理

Très bon hôtel avec de bon service un personnel aux petits soins et une belle vue sur la mer. Tout est situé à proximité. L’hôtel propose également les transferts vers l’aéroport ainsi que des excursions. Je recommande les yeux fermés
