本人是95後小馬本地人，回小馬出差，在本酒店訂了兩晚房間，有一些不愉快的行為發生。就此，真誠提出兩點問題。
1.欺詐行為:在第一天入住時發現門鎖壞了，且無窗（本人購買的是帶窗的房間）在第二天續住要求換房間的時候，前台告訴我們所有的房間都反鎖不了，我想就算了不換房了吧，但是希望打掃完再續住一晚。然而第二天續住發現房間沒有打掃，我們要求換房。在新的房間發現鎖是好的，且有窗子。當時跟前台説話，她一臉篤定的樣子，看着十分的善良和老實本分，現在想想挺諷刺的。
2.設備老化:環境較一般，床上被褥發黃，沒有提供瓶裝水，熱水器水需要放很久才有熱的。為何酒店環境本因是最重要的因素，我放在第二點寫呢。因為我個人認為，酒店能湊合一晚就行，然而真正在乎的是事物的真實性。
最後希望酒店負責人員看到能夠加強整改，本人就是小馬本地的，也真誠希望馬鞍山酒店環境越來越好，杜絕店大欺客現象再發生。共同營造良好營商環境。
