Hanting Hotel (Ma'anshan Wanda Plaza Huitong Building Branch)

I stayed at Hanting Hotel on a business trip. It was very nice. There were snacks for free. When I checked out, I was given a cup of iced Americano. The front desk service was very good. It was a very nice experience.

The breakfast and the beds were OK, and the staff were very friendly. Staying in a fast hotel is just for the sake of cost-effectiveness!

I booked two rooms at Ma'anshan Hanting Hotel through Ctrip on March 9, 2025. During my stay, I encountered a series of extremely unsatisfactory service issues. I hereby file a complaint. 1. The room card expires early, which is ridiculous! At 11 a.m., my room card and the room card of my companions both expired and we were unable to enter the room. There was still 1 hour left before check-out time and no advance notice was received. I contacted the waiter to open the door, but was told "this is how the system works" with a cold and unapologetic attitude. What’s even more infuriating is that the front desk explained that “rooms booked on Ctrip will expire in advance”, shifting the blame to the third-party platform, showing no sense of responsibility at all! 2. The lack of service awareness is disheartening! Faced with the problem of invalid room cards, the hotel staff not only did not actively solve it, but instead had a perfunctory attitude and even tried to blame the third-party platform. This behavior of shirking responsibility and ignoring customer experience seriously violates the basic principles of the hotel service industry. 3. The management is chaotic and lacks basic service awareness! The premature expiration of the room card reflects serious loopholes in the hotel management system. The way the staff handled the issue further exposed the hotel management's lack of basic attention to service quality and the ineffective training mechanism. This stay at Hanting Hotel Ma'anshan was a terrible experience. Not only did the hotel fail to provide basic accommodation services, but it also shirked responsibility and had a bad attitude when problems arose. I strongly recommend that consumers choose this hotel with caution to avoid similar unpleasant experiences. At the same time, we also hope that the hotel management can face up to the problem, strengthen management, improve service quality, and prevent similar incidents from happening again.
