Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and the beds are a good size and very comfortable. We had dinner at the Pampa hotel restaurant, and everything was delicious. The breakfast buffet is also very varied. We dealt with Jack at reception, very professional 👍

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Lyon Central Station. There is a supermarket and a shopping center nearby. The room I stayed in did not have shampoo refills, but the room was clean, and it had a pool and gym, so it was acceptable for a good value hotel.

The room has a great view and is in a convenient location. It is close to the train station and convenient for walking around. The entrance to a large shopping mall is right next to the downstairs. Tax refunds are also very convenient. The hotel staff, including the breakfast staff, are very good. The breakfast is quite rich and the environment is open until 11 o'clock. Even the laziest people don't have to worry about time.

Having booked a 'comfort apparthotel', the standard of our apartment was well below the standard we expected, and not at all what the photos suggested we would get. There were holes in the plaster and paintwork on the walls throughout the apartment, and peeling paint. The lights in the bedroom were broken, and curtains hanging off the curtain rails. Lighting was insufficient after dark, and at least one ceiling tile was broken. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our 6 night stay, and had to ask for a new bin bag once the first one was full. The apartment was quite dusty, and the dishwasher quite smelly. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work at all. On the plus side, we had the space we needed and were in a good location, and it was good to have the basic kitchen facilities which you wouldn't get in a hotel. But the quality of the apartment was very poor, especially considering the price we paid. Needless to say, I have already attempted to send this feedback via the contact form on the company's website and had no response.

The hotel was super close to the trainstation and in walkable distance for downtown. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived at night because of a flight delay. The beds were soft and comfy - not too soft, just perfect. When we checked out the staff ask if we would like to store our luggage but we were on our way to there airport. A nice touch.

Hard to find fault for the price and location. It's not 5 star, but it isn't 5 star prices. Nothing wrong with it. Reception staff are nice and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Good room, nothing fancy but good bed and linen. Modern clean bathroom with big shower. Bring your own hairdryer though, you will be there all day if you have long thick hair, it's useless really. Quiet room. Breakfast was good. Good coffee and juice. Good quality plain yogurt and pastries. Also bread, ham, cereals etc. Right next to station which you can walk through to get to Westfield shopping centre. Just across the road for the airport tram etc. Would stay again

I had the misfortune to stay at this hotel for one night in May 2022 with my mom. At the arrival the receptionist is very nice, aknowledging the fact that we had already paid for the stay through a deal on booking. As the room was not ready yet, we leave for the city centre and as we come back in the afternoon, two other guys at the reception, barely speaking any English or French, hint that we had to pay for the stay. Somehow we manage to be understood and we only have to pay for the ”tax de sejour”. Let's speak about the rooms - I understand that this is an extremely basic hotel, but for the price paid one would at least expect a decent room. Well, this is definitely NOT the case. Rooms are tiny - literally. No hooks to hang clothes, no bathroom shelf, leaving the nice option to leave all your toiletries on the floor. The towels are two tiny towels that might be used to dry your mouth (maybe) after cleaning your teeth - hoping that the sink is not clogged and not fixed (as it was four our case, even after having promptly informed the reception). The TV has NO other channels if not French speaking - I understand we're in France, but haven't you heard of satellite? The AC does not refresh this tiny hole, and even in May, we had to sleep with our windows open not to suffocate What else to say if not: save your money and go else where, for that rate you can absolutely get better accomodation

I stayed here in August and November and am returning in December. (Visiting my daughter on her erasmus year). On both visits to date I have found the rooms, whilst compact clean.and well maintained. The beds have been very comfortable. The rooms have a decent hairdryer, fab showers, free wifi, tv and tea and coffee facilities, which the staff are only too happy to top up. Breakfast is mainly continental (although there is bacon, sausage and egg available - just not my choice) lovely and fresh selection of meats, cheese, fruit, cereal, breads, juices and hot drinks - self serve. The staff, different on both visits, have always been welcoming and friendly. Location wise - perfect, close to trams and buses and easy to access to main train station. Easy to access all sights of interest. My husband and I look forward to revisiting in early December.. the only downside the price in December (during festival of lights) is nearly treble... but that appears to be a similar trend in other hotels at this time. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

I stayed with friends and we were given rooms on the top floor with really wonderful views on the Notre-Dame de Fourvière. The staff was very kind, and we very much enjoyed our time at the communal space with a Billiard table and flipper.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Lyon. The hotel is opposite Les Halles Paul Bocuse, and is about 20 minutes by foot from Presqu’ile. It is also just 10 minutes from the Westfield mall, and 15 minutes from the train station. The rooms are not very big but they were comfortable. The rooms we had did take some time to get cool, they were often quite warm! Even though the rooms were next to the main room, they were very quiet. The breakfast was good - especially the madeleines! The staff were uniformly helpful and the whole hotel is clean.

You will not find a quieter hotel in the city. If you have a car, it's perfect. If you on foot its amazing. If you have a bicycle, don't hesitate. The service is great, the room is clean, the food is delicious, and the ability to have a late night snack or drink without charge is truly above and beyond.

GGuest UserThe train station is downstairs, but it is very quiet, without any rumbling or clicking noises. There is a very large shopping mall next to it, so it is very convenient to eat. The front desk is also very friendly. I forgot to bring something after I left. Although I communicated for a long time and the guy on duty did not take over, the girl who worked the next day helped me find it and mailed it. I am very grateful. The room is very clean. You can also choose to walk to the old town, which is very convenient for people who want to take the train. It is only a few dozen meters downstairs, so there is no need to worry.

I had a pleasant stay recently at the Mercure Lyon Saxe Lafayette hotel. It's about a 20-minute walk from the Part Dieu train station and a short walk to the bridges on the Rhone side of Presque'Ile. The room was quiet and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was reasonably extensive. Using the hotel as a base, I was able to walk to most of the sites I wanted to visit in Lyon, including--via the funicular--those in the Vieux Lyon section on the west side of the Saone. I used the fitness room during my stay. Not all the equipment was in working order (some better than others), and it was only open until 9 pm. All in all, a nice experience...

GGuest User15min walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Due to construction works, walking and dragging luggage became challenging and not as direct. There was a huge Westfield Mall where you can shop and dine. 10min walk to car rental office. There was a pickup area for us to load up luggage to our rental car just beside the hotel. Check-in process was a bliss. Staff was friendly. Sanitisers were always available. Room was relatively much smaller than Paris hotel. Barely enough space for 2x large luggage. Nevertheless, room was clean and dust-free. Toilet had decent space. Recommended for as a stopover hotel. Probably a night stay.

蒋蒋A family of three, the executive three-person room booked two days in advance, the standard room plus a sofa bed at the time of check-in, the most important thing is that there is no quilt and pillow on the sofa bed! And all the toiletries are for two people. After negotiating with the front desk, I said that I am embarrassed to clean up the mistakes. Then I found a circle and said that I was too embarrassed to be quilted. I can only use the spare blanket in the cabinet! We asked for two sheets to look for. The attitude of the younger brother is good, but it is helpless, and we are speechless. In addition, the room had a pungent taste of decoration (or the smell of carpet cleaner) and opened a night window. Experience the worst hotel on this trip!

GGuest UserTo begin we arrive in the room the fridge does not walk the reception did not look surprise and I sincerely think it is a problem that is not recent any commercial gesture . Then we don't talk about the state of the bouibouis if you can call it as it is in the face of the horror .. Passing your way you will not regret it. There is no useless part of you to specify that your sleep will be interrupted by the sun . He smacked another sensitive subject fortunately that my back has not the word because he will cry otherwise

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the front desk clerk was very nice, and gave us a two-bedroom apartment, which was the largest room we stayed in during our entire trip to France. The room had a kitchen for cooking.
