A very old and beautiful monastery-turned hotel on Fourvière Hill. The castle is large in scale, and the beautiful garden lawn surrounds the ancient building. Although the exterior wall has been renovated, you can still feel the atmosphere of the ancient times. The hotel lobby is beautiful, the high vaults and exquisite strokes of the church feel a bit dreamy, and the hotel is full of beautiful modern sculptures, combining ancient and modern art in an ancient building. The interior atrium is very beautiful, and the rooms are also great, spacious and comfortable, which is relatively rare in castle hotels. The best thing is that there is an elevator, which is too rare in castle hotels! The location is very good. Although it is very quiet on the mountain, it is not far from Notre Dame, the ancient theater, and the cathedral. Go down the road, through the narrow and long downhill steps, and you will suddenly arrive at the most lively place in the old city of Lyon.

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.

This is a five-star hotel in a classic style, converted from an old building. Definitely not the kind of hotel used in China. In the center of the old town of Lyon, there are various stores on the doorstep, and a stylish chocolate shop diagonally opposite, and the famous Rose Tower attractions across the alley next to the hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is also old-fashioned, the door is opened with a key and no card is needed. The room was beautiful and welcoming, the toilet and shower room were separated. There is also a spa on the top floor. We went to live in Lyon on the day of the annual Lyon Festival of Lights, and on the weekend, the room price doubled several times than usual. It's easy to miss without paying attention. If the usual price to live is definitely possible. Holidays are definitely expensive. It is very convenient to visit and live in the old town. Self-driving is not suitable and I don't know where the car can be parked.

Very pleasant solo trip, I really like Lyon's relaxed and comfortable feeling ～ The hotel is in the old city. The front desk lady is very friendly. The front is the Thorne River. There are many authentic restaurants and bars around. The bus and subway cruises are very convenient. It is also very close to Fourvière. Strongly push the city card, a card in the hand where to say go!

The check in very easy and the hotel has great bag hood service. The rooms are fine in an old school house sorta style (if that’s your thing?). They also have free water sparkling and still which is nice

Amazing view, but a bit of a trek if you walk up the hill on foot. The beds are super comfy, larger, and wider than usual. Had a very good nap after a long trip and before tackling the city by night and on foot: lively and safe. Toitels and shower rooms may benefit from a bit of TLC :)
