Very old and dirty place. Mainly in the elevators and corridors Not for value Not enough space for parking Staff not friendly I have been there for business. The only good thing is the breakfast. Very good offer as fresh fruit, dried fruits, yogurt eggs etc

Good location close to mini market, opera house and Bachut tram stop. If we point out the friendliness and passiveness of the cleaning staff, such as blood stains around the SDB switch, it can be cleaned within an hour, for example. The food was not tested because accommodation = studio. Cleaning the ”corners” is not a luxury, for example: child stickers left on full-length mirrors and radiators, dirty elevator light panels, this is the 3 * range of the viewfinder. At the reception: no one can depart from the station at 1:30 pm on Christmas day and can take luggage between noon and 2 pm, so we drag the suitcase because we have to leave before 11 am. Too bad, because the taxi stand is just opposite. Quiet accommodation, if you are on the street, you can find it in the noisy garbage collection.

All good, very local. This one was found by the previous hotel without a credit card and asked for a credit card to be a deposit. When I was turned away, the customer service butler of Trip.com helped me find it. I dragged the box and walked on Trip.com prepaid. I didn’t even see my passport in the store. Let me enter. It is not ruled out that the housekeeper called first. Breakfast is not expensive 8 euros, but there are no hot foods such as egg bacon. The soundproofing of the room was not very good. I didn't know why many parents lived with children on each floor that day, but Lyon had many children. The room is also relatively small, basically there is a place to walk between the bed and the table. The bathroom is OK, there is a bathtub. The price is still a bit expensive compared to the facilities. The room card key is a bit special.

Great location, in the heart of Lyon city center. Very clean room. Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room. The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice. For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception. But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels.

The hotel is beautifully located near many attractions, bars and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable but did not like the pillows particularly. The room was cleaned but not hugely spacious. Plenty of space for your belongings. We had room 52. The shower was great but the towel rail was right in front of the toilet and it was physically impossible to sit straight while on the toilet. Even harder if you are tall! Otherwise, the Rooftop has a beautiful view of Fauvriere and it’s worth going for it. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else as we didn’t think it was worth €18 considering there are so many other lovely places in the area where they offer more choice for less. We haven’t tried dinner, but there’s a lovely atmosphere up there. Staff were very kind and professional at all times.

When you travel you expect to be treated fairly and justly. This hotel did not. It started off ok but it was hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning in our room. Our room was on the street side and we either had to open a window and listen to loud noise or sweat. They did give me a broken fan and the next day when I complained they said that I should have asked for a better fan. BUT they knew the fan was defective as previous guests had stuffed paper into the neck to try to get the fan to stay upright. The staff said they would call the police to stop the noise after 10 but you cannot call enough police to hold down a crowd of noisy people. The staff promised me a better room the next day but then changed their mind (after I complained to **********) telling me that since I purchased a reduced fare through a discount site, that I would not get a better room. I decided to move to a better hotel since there were many in the area. Then the hotel would not give me a refund. I am out $275 SO here is my suggestion. There are many hotels in the area a lot better with a lot better customer service. Find a better one. Next, never book a hotel that does not say specifically that they will give a refund. Next, never pay at the hotel, pay through **********. Next, if you book through a discount site, make sure the hotel has air conditioning in ALL rooms or you will get the worst room in the house. it was a very bad experience in this hotel, the bathroom is flooding after taking shower since the water drain so slow. Even one night no hot water provide, and my boss room suddenely no electricity. there are few steps to the escalator in the lobby, it is not convenient to take the heavy luggage up the steps. the only one good thing is the breakfast, many choices. All of us dont think it is worth of this hotel. not recommand at all. very disappointed
