The hotel front desk was very welcoming and check-in was smooth. The room was small but very clean. The hotel is in a good location. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the train and other attractions in the old town. There are also many shops around for convenient shopping!

Das Zimmer war so klein, dass ich mich 2 x verletzt habe. Die 2 Koffer waren nicht unterzubringen und lagen im Weg. Das „Bad“ viel kleiner als mein Gästeklo. Aufgrund der Bewertungen scheint es aber auch größere Zimmer zu geben. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück gut.

Excellent location in the Presqu'île district, between the pedestrian bridge to Vieux-Lyon and the beautiful Place des Jacobins. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A small but cozy breakfast room with plenty of choices. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and practically furnished.

Chambre propre, lit très confortable, localisation parfaite pour visiter la ville et accueil chaleureux. Hôtel parfait pour un passage de 1 ou 2 jours à Lyon. Nuit calme et reposante. Le seul bémol : pas de parking ou partenariat avec un parking. Mais on le savait déjà au moment de la réservation. Je recommande cet établissement.

Centrally located to what we wanted to do for our 1 night in Lyon. The desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was bigger than the hotel we had in Paris which made us happy too. The elevator was a plus. It was a great stay, we would stay at the Best Western again.
