Nice staff. Clean room. Just very surprising to have to oaye an extra for my dog. It was never mentioned.

Coty Hotel My room wasn't very clean throughout the week. The furniture were in poor condition. The desk was missing an office chair. I had a soft arm-chair that was far too low to work on my laptop. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the ventilation didn't work at all. There was mold all over the shower seals. All of this made my stay unpleasant. I will choose a different hotel in the future.

Kudos to Anna Special thanks to Anna at the front desk. She got a fan for my room because it was hot and was helpful to me in so many other ways during my stay—a wonderful employee!

This hotel does NOT have air conditioning in the rooms as they state that it's too early in the year to turn it on. This is misleading advertising when they state they have AC but do NOT provide the months that it works in the rooms. I now get to spend the next 12 days in a warm room for my vacation. Cracking a window does provide some relief however, now I hear traffic during the time that I am supposed to be sleeping. Takes 7-10 days for a refund and I will not shell out another $1500 for a hotel when THIS one should provide what it advertises....so I am stuck. Mercure ......this is terrible service and you should make AC dates clear on the advertising of this hotel. I will not use Mercure in any way in the future.

Convenient hotel near Lumiere museum The hotel was conveniently located with access to cafes, restaurants and the Lumiere museum. The rooms are compact but well furnished and clean. Hotel staff were helpful.
