Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Lumière

Personnel très accueillant. Malgré une arrivée tardive, on a pu nous proposer une planche de charcuterie. Lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre, elle était à bonne température (clim en marche) : vous vous sentez attendu ! . Literie confortable. Salle de bains très bien. Petit déjeuner très copieux (orange à presser, charcuterie, fromage, cakes, plusieurs pains etc... rien à redire.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant qui n'est pas bon et cher pour ce que nous avons pris Ne pas prendre le risotto car le riz n'était pas cuit et le plat pas très bon L hotel est quelconque pour le prix Nous sommes déçus par la qualité de l hotel et par sa situation en face d.une station essence

quite far from the center and in a rather secluded position, it has spartan rooms with small beds and useless pillows! it also has a truly minimal restaurant that serves on wooden tables without placemats. excellent breakfast

This old building doesn't seem inviting at first. Inside you can see that some of the old things have been preserved and revived with modern pictures and colors. Unfortunately, we were not given the friendly welcome we expected! At reception, it was questionable whether our booking existed. After a long wait, we were finally assigned a small room! This room had a huge TV screen and a comfortable bed that filled almost the whole room. There was a small bathroom with a large shower. The room had a direct view of the train station next door. The dining room was very dignified and tasteful. For dinner, there was no alternative but onion cake as a starter! The main course was good, although not particularly warm. Dessert was very good. Unfortunately, the service was anything but friendly. We were never asked if we would like to order wine in addition to the water on the tables. They were also not prepared to serve the main course without meat! As a transit hotel, yes, otherwise no!

Large hotel away from the center, nice rooms with a spacious bathroom. Given the name it bears, there are many references to cinema both in the common areas and in the rooms. the breakfast buffet was not very well stocked, while the dinner was very good. Excellent as an intermediate stop on a trip.

Il y’a 1 an je disais qu il y avait des punaises de lit on me disait impossible ! Tiens donc aujourd’hui on n’en parle partout ! J’ai encore les images croyez moi c’était des punaises . Ils ont rien voulu savoir aucun geste et on m’a laissé dans ma paranoïa . Chambre agréable mais je suis toujours traumatisée malheureusement

Hotel muy centrico ,limpio y con un personal superamable .Lo mejor Cintayá la camarera del bar que nos ha atendido todas las tardes maravillosamente ,tod@s los valencian@s que hemos ido le hemos dado las gracias por su amabilidad .Hemos cenado muchas noches allí ,y estaba bien y bien de precio
