The experience is not bad but not what I would expect from a 4 stars hotel. People working in the hotel are very nice, which is a big +. However, the cleanliness is so so in the room. There was a night I didn’t have hot water for shower for some reason. The breakfast is okay but I believe 17€ is a bit overpriced for what it is. Very nice service from the ladies there though. The gym isn’t a gym, it has no dumbbells, only one or two cardio machine and a musculation machine supposed to do everything but not very great. I would still recommend it, just don’t expect a 4 stars hotel as you would imagine it.

Chambres très basiques qui ne justifient en rien un 4* mais surtout... j'ai trouvé des punaises de lit dans la chambre, je me suis faite attaquer. 5 jours après, je me gratte encore, je dois avoir une bonne 60 aine de piqûre sur tout le corps. Si le personnel s'est montré compatissant, j'ai reçu pour toute aide matérielle 3 sacs plastiques. Et la Direction ne m'a remboursée qu'une seule des deux nuits. La réaction est indigne d'un 4*. La prochaine fois j'irais dans un formule un, ou chez un particulier, inutile de payer si cher, il n'y a aucun service derrière. NB: habituée de la chaine, je pense que cet établissement ne reflète pas la qualité habituelle du label bestwestern.

This small hotel is located centrally in Lyon, with quick access to public transportation, as well as shops and restaurants, making it a great choice for a weekend trip to Lyon. The rooms were nice, the staff exceptional, add to that a great breakfast, and you've got the makings of a great trip. The staff all communicated comfortably in English. This was a quiet hotel, so we had no trouble sleeping, and the location meant that anywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance, or a mere 10-15 minutes away by public transportation. This was excellent value for the price, highly recommended.

Renovated rooms. Friendly staff. Clean. Location for city stroll good enough. (15-20‘ walk to the big square in the center). Good value for the price. Don‘t expect a shiny hotel, you are not paying the price for it… we liked it. We recommend the premium rooms. One level up from comfort rooms. Very cool: just next to the hotel is a grocery store open from 0830 to 2100h.
