I visited on a business trip. It was my first time in Lyon, and I think it was the most cost-effective hotel. I will book it again next time I visit.

The experience is not bad but not what I would expect from a 4 stars hotel. People working in the hotel are very nice, which is a big +. However, the cleanliness is so so in the room. There was a night I didn’t have hot water for shower for some reason. The breakfast is okay but I believe 17€ is a bit overpriced for what it is. Very nice service from the ladies there though. The gym isn’t a gym, it has no dumbbells, only one or two cardio machine and a musculation machine supposed to do everything but not very great. I would still recommend it, just don’t expect a 4 stars hotel as you would imagine it.

We hebben maanden vooraf het hotel verwittigd dat wegens ernstige ziekte we onze reis moesten uitstellen. Op onze e-mail werd niet geantwoord. We waren jaren klant bij diverse best westernhotels. Toch vond men het nodig onze creditcard te debiteren niettegenstaande we onmogelijk konden aanwezig zijn. Zonder retributie is dit voor best Western einde verhaal.

Parking was in the lower level of the hotel ,
Driving around the curve was way to tied and narrow for the car on our way out we scratch the car on the pad of carpet they had stuck on the wall . So they knew that it was a tied fit.

Accueil et emplacement sympa à proximité de la gare et de la presqu’île. Par contre la chambre que j’avais était plutôt du format cagibi que chambre… un lit de 80 collé contre un mur, à peine de quoi se retourner… un peu limite la chambre 104 !!!
